1. First goto run and type gpedit.msc
2. After that the window opens.
3. On the left hand side you will see Administrative Templete. Click on it.
4. After that Administrative Templete is clicked, on the right side you will see Network and other options too. Click and open Network option.
5. Then you will see various option. select and open QoS Packet Scheduler.
6. Again you will see various option. select and open Limit reservable bandwith.
7. Window opens and there are three option.
8. Select Enable option.
9. Below you will see Bandwith limit(%): 20
10. Make its value to 0. Do apply and ok.
Now enjoy the internet; speed than before.
